Pricing built for legal teams, not dev budgets.
Three tiers sized for growing legal teams through enterprise legal operations. All plans start with a 30-day pilot — run Clauseharbor on your actual contract library before you commit to anything. No self-serve free trial: your contracts contain confidential information, and we think the evaluation should be structured, not open-ended.

Pricing questions
A contract is any individual agreement document — an MSA, SOW, NDA, lease, or amendment counts as one contract. Multiple amendments to the same master agreement count separately. We provide a pre-count tool during onboarding so you know exactly what you're working with before selecting a tier.
Yes — all plans start with a 30-day pilot period. Upload a representative sample of your contract library and run a full risk scan before you commit. We'll walk you through the results and answer any questions your legal team has. No obligation to continue after the pilot.
Enterprise pricing is based on contract volume, seat count, and integration requirements. If your legal team manages more than 5,000 contracts or needs iManage/NetDocuments integration, SSO, or a custom SLA, contact us to discuss Enterprise pricing. We build custom proposals based on your actual usage.
We offer a structured 30-day pilot rather than a self-serve free trial. Given that your contracts contain confidential legal information, we think it's more appropriate for our team to be available during your evaluation — to answer security questions, walk through the risk reports, and make sure you're getting value from the pilot before committing.
Not sure which tier is right for you?
Tell us about your contract library and legal team size. We'll recommend the right tier — and run a pilot before you sign anything.
